Compensation:$65,000 - $150,000+ at plan yearly
Responsibilities:

• A consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
• Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales
• Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
• "Always be consulting" by providing clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Manage and follow up with 20-30 leads per month
• Be able to follow the proven systems

Qualifications:

• Organized and manages time effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Technology-driven
• A successful and proven sales history is preferred
• Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
• Have excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Have a positive attitude and be coachable
• Top-notch time management skills

• Licensed Real Estate Agent or in the process of obtaining preferred
